Refunds & Returns
NOTE: We do NOT do refunds, only exchanges.
You have 48 hours after receiving your purchase to notify us that you would like to make a return. Following which you have 5 days to send the item back so that we can process the return.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair or replace it, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from The Peach Brand.
This policy forms part of the The Peach Brands Terms and Conditions and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
- It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and/or stickers still attached; as well as original packaging
- It has not been worn or washed
- If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return.
- If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse The Peach Brand for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
Steps to make a return:
- Contact us via email or instagram dm and use your invoice number as the reference
- We will cover the fee to have the items sent back to us
- We require your original invoice and packaging in order to process the return
- Please refer to the below to assess whether or not your item is eligible for return
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange accordingly. info@thepeachbrand.com
- We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.
- What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return the item:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Alterations & Repairs
- The Peach Brand offers a 6 month warranty on all items, we are confident in the quality of our products, however we want you to feel confident in us.
- If your item requires repairs or alterations due to wear and tear or a circumstance under which it requires a repair/alteration – please contact us directly to arrange for us to fix your item
- In order to process a repair/alteration we require your original invoice to ensure it is within a 6 month period of purchase
- You will be responsible for the cost of the courier to return the item to us
- We will repair/alter the item free of charge and cover the cost of the courier to send it back to you
- If your item is outside of the 6 month purchase window – we are still happy to repair/alter the item, however you will be responsible for all costs involved (courier and repair)
- Note: if an item is repaired or altered it does not qualify under the returns policy
Shipping
Ordering in South Africa
- Please note that all orders take 7 working days to process as they are made by hand on order
- Orders over the value of R1500 qualify for free shipping
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on geographical location
- You will receive an email link once your order has been shipped – you can track your order and estimated delivery date through this link
- Once dispatched orders take anywhere between 1-4 days to arrive at your door
- NOTE: The Peach Brand holds no liability over any order once it has been shipped with the courier

Sizing
Please refer to both our sizing guides as well as the descriptive images to ensure you get the right size. Unless otherwise stated all items run true to size and each image is equipped with all the models measurements for reference.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via instagram should you need further assistance with sizing – we want to make sure you are confident in your order.
Bust – with the tape measure under your arms, measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.
Waist – measure around the natural waist/smallest part of the waist but with a loose grip
Hips – stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips
