Returns Policy Returns & Exchanges
The Peach Brand does not accept any compromised returns. If items are damaged or compromised your return will not be processed. We do not offer refunds on items only exchanges.
If for some reason you need to return or exchange your items please send us an email on info@thepeachbrand.com and we will be in contact with you.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the item you are exchanging will be available, this is because all of our collections are limited.
How long does it take?
We require the original invoice as well as a reason for the exchange, we also require pictures of the items to ensure they have not been compromised.
Please be aware that the exchange process can take between 10-14 Business days depending on volume and availability.
