SHIPPING POLICY Shipping Methods & Cost

Domestic shipping is FREE on orders R1500.00+, otherwise shipping is a flat fee of between R80.00 – R100.00 depending on the area. International shipping will be available soon. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: We take no responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur due to the service partner. We handle our products with care. We require 7-10 business days to process your order after which it will be sent out for delivery.

Please ensure you provide your email address when creating an account or placing an order, as your tracking information will be sent to this address. Please ensure all your contact information is correct. 

The courier service will send you your tracking information once your order has been collected.

International Shipping & Cost

We are working towards international shipping.

Non- South African residents: Please note that your order ships from South Africa and may be subject to additional customs fees during checkout. The Peach Brand is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.
